About this job

Generative and agentic AI is redefining digital health, from patient engagement and provider experience to clinical documentation, payor operations, and back-office automation. We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Developer Relations Manager to join our team, with a focus on engaging developer ecosystems across emerging technology domains. In this pivotal role, you will work directly with engineering, product, and executive leaders at large enterprise healthcare software companies, including EHR platforms and payor-focused developers to champion the adoption of NVIDIA’s advanced AI and computing platforms. The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep technical expertise combined with a passion for developer advocacy and a talent for communicating how NVIDIA technology can solve complex, real-world challenges.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in the application of generative and agentic in digital health. Serve as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for the developer ecosystem in digital health, with cross-functional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.

  • Accelerate critical workloads by demonstrating and integrating the NVIDIA software stack (tools, libraries, SDKs, NIMs, and blueprints) into partner products, platforms, and pipelines.

  • Guide partners through onboarding and integration by providing technical resources—such as sample code, guides, and demo pipelines—to accelerate the adoption of agentic AI in digital health enterprise ISVs and foster co-innovation of next-generation solutions.

  • Map the competitive and developer landscape across digital health, including EHR ecosystems, payor platforms, digital front doors, clinical documentation, revenue cycle, utilization management, risk adjustment, and population health.

  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to inform roadmaps and optimize partner adoption strategies.

  • Engage partner technical leaders to drive best-practice integrations and resolve technical challenges, using regular syncs to track adoption, surface new workflows, and channel critical field insights back to NVIDIA product teams.

  • Build strategic relationships with engineering and product leaders at partner organizations.

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 12+ years of overall professional experience in the healthcare technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architect, product management, including 5+ years of direct hands-on experience developing and deploying healthcare AI capabilities.

  • Proven experience leading, partnering, scaling developer programs at major healthcare technology companies.

  • Significant technical depth in digital health enterprise software, including generative and agentic AI software frameworks and libraries.

  • Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams - including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops

  • Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external collaborators (across sales, legal, product or marketing teams as needed).

  • Skilled at distilling complex technical concepts for audiences from engineers to executives, with end-to-end experience in defining, integrating, building, and jointly marketing solutions with strategic ISV partners.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing agentic AI solutions in healthcare.

  • Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and/or GPU acceleration platforms (CUDA, NeMo, Nemotron, Triton, TensorRT, containers, Kubernetes).

  • Successful history of building and scaling developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs.

  • Expertise in building frameworks to capture developer sentiment and market shifts, translating real-time ecosystem dynamics into actionable intelligence for industry strategy and product rationalization.

  • Deep knowledge of healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, SMART on FHIR and enterprise requirements such as HIPAA, GDPR around privacy and security.
