Your unique talents will help shape the future of healthcare while building a career grounded in purpose, growth, and impact.

A Day in the Life

At Medtronic, we bring bold ideas forward with speed and decisiveness to put patients first in everything we do. In-person exchanges are invaluable to our work. We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.

Medtronic’s Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) business is focused on empowering clinicians with monitoring tools that deliver timely insights and improve patient care across hospital and post-acute settings. Within ACM, the HealthCast™ portfolio delivers intelligent patient monitoring through wearables, remote monitoring, analytics, and connectivity solutions.

You will define how Medtronic brings these solutions to market—crafting differentiated value propositions, building scalable commercial models, and driving adoption across diverse healthcare systems worldwide. You will also explore and operationalize innovative business models, refine winning commercial approaches, and help establish best-in-class go-to-market practices for digital health.

Why This Role Matters

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, commercialization, and innovation, ensuring Medtronic leads globally in how these capabilities are positioned, monetized, and adopted at scale.

You will be a key driver of market creation and acceleration—using deep customer insight, segmentation, and persona-based marketing to unlock demand and expand access. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence senior leadership, shape global strategy, and define the future of connected care.
