- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Business Systems, Sales Systems, and Analytics to drive data and automation initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that monitor financial and operational performance and support evolving business priorities.
- Automate recurring finance processes and enhance data workflows using AI tools, data visualization platforms, and custom solutions.
- Support financial system implementations and upgrades through data migration, mapping, reporting integration, testing, and validation activities.
- Deliver analytical insights and maintain documentation that enables self-service reporting and informed decision-making across Finance.
Who You Are:
- Have 2-6 years of experience in data analytics, financial systems, finance operations, or a related field.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate proficiency with SQL and experience using Python for analytics, automation, or process improvement.
- Have experience building dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Looker.
- Possess familiarity with financial systems such as NetSuite, Workday, Zip, or comparable platforms.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences while demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn emerging technologies, including AI.
Datadog values people from all walks of life. We know not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That’s okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your experience, we encourage you to apply.
