About this job
Senior Manager, 1:Many Account-Based Marketing
Rubrik | Marketing — Demand Generation & ABM | Full-time
About Rubrik
Rubrik is a cybersecurity company on a mission to secure the world's data. We pioneered Zero Trust Data Security to help organizations achieve business resilience against cyberattacks, malicious insiders, and operational disruptions. As data grows across enterprise, cloud, and SaaS environments, Rubrik delivers automated protection, rapid recovery, and continuous data risk visibility to thousands of customers worldwide.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Manager, 1:Many ABM to build and scale Rubrik's scaled account-based marketing engine. This role owns the programmatic tier of our ABM strategy reaching hundreds of named accounts with the relevance of a 1:1 program and the efficiency of demand generation.
This is also a builder role for our Marketing AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE). You will design, test, and operationalize the AI skills, agents, and workflows that turn account signals into action - then package them so that field marketers, sellers, and the broader marketing organization can run them without you in the room. If you are energized by the intersection of ABM strategy, data, and applied AI, this role was written for you.
What You'll Do:
- Own the 1:Many ABM strategy, execution, and performance for Rubrik's 1:Many ABM programs across AMER, EMEA, and APJ, in partnership with regional field marketing.
- Build and maintain account tiering beyond segmentation, develop coverage models that map named accounts to the right play at the right intensity globally.
- Develop and run vertical programming within the 1:Many motion, with Financial Services (FSI) as a flagship vertical — tailoring messaging, content, and plays to industry-specific buying triggers and compliance/risk drivers.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing partners to orchestrate multi-channel plays — paid media, digital advertising, email nurture, web personalization, and events
- Partner with Sales Development and Sales to define account routing, follow-up SLAs, and closed-loop feedback on play quality.
- Own the program budget, forecast pipeline contribution, and report on influenced and sourced revenue.
- Build the AI Center of Excellence Internationally - Design, build, and maintain reusable AI skills and agentic workflows — account research briefs, next-best-action recommendations, intent summarization, campaign QA, competitive and persona insight generation.
- Translate raw account signal (6sense, Bombora, Salesforce, web, product) into actionable, plain-language recommendations the field can act on
- Develop scalable ABM tactics and plays for other ABMers and field marketers to ensure impact and pipeline.
- Create a repeatable operating rhythm with field marketing and sales leadership — quarterly account planning, monthly signal reviews, and in-quarter course correction.
- Instrument everything: define the metrics that prove scaled ABM and AI-assisted insight move engagement, pipeline, and win rate.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years in B2B marketing, with 4+ years in account-based marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns at a technology company. Enterprise or cybersecurity experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ownership of scaled or 1:Many ABM programs with measurable pipeline impact
- Hands-on fluency with the modern ABM and martech stack: 6sense or Demandbase, Salesforce, and Tableau
- Practical, hands-on experience applying generative AI to marketing work — prompt design, agent or skill building, or AI-assisted analysis. You have shipped something, not just attended the demo.
- Strong analytical instincts. Comfortable working in data, building models, and defending a number in front of leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You can make a complex signal story land with a seller in ninety seconds.
- A bias for action, a high tolerance for ambiguity, and genuine enthusiasm for teaching others what you have figured out.
Nice to Have
- Experience standing up a center of excellence, enablement function, or internal community of practice.
- Familiarity with AI agent platforms and workflow tooling
- Experience researching, launching, and developing go-to-market strategy for vertical segments (e.g., FSI, healthcare, public sector).
- Experience marketing to security, infrastructure, or IT operations buyers.
Why This Role Matters
Scaled ABM is how Rubrik covers the market efficiently. AI is how we make that coverage smart. This role sits at the seam between the two — and the person in it will define how Rubrik's go-to-market teams work with AI for years to come.
