About this job

Job Description:

About the Team

The Brand and Experiences group plays an integral role in positioning the company for advancement and growth. We are responsible for the outward expression and inward embodiment of our Brand.  We develop the core capabilities, tools, and assets required to extend the Brand and empower GTM functions across the business by activating the Brand through campaigns, events, sponsorships, and tradeshows.  We do this by partnering with other areas of marketing, product, and sales groups to create high-impact opportunities to grow subscribers, sponsors, and accelerate the growth agenda.

The organization consists of a number of key, senior-level COE roles in areas such as Brand and Experiential Marketing, as well as senior capability leads. Together, this team will collaborate to build a unified, scalable, and consistent approach to marketing the brand to create awareness and drive preference.

About the Role

In this role, you will help strengthen how Brand operates and partners with the broader business by supporting the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Brand's operating model, processes and ways of working.

This role will partner closely with Ops leadership to understand business needs, assess Brand's capabilities, identify operational gaps, and translate those insights into practical processes, RACI, engagement models and enablement.

You Will:

Business Enablement

  • Partner on discovery with business units to understand their needs, workflows, pain points and opportunities to improve how they engage Brand.
  • Help define and communicate how and when teams should engage Brand, including the types of support and capabilities Brand provides.
  • Develop and maintain RACI, decision rights, engagement models and ways of working with key business partners.
  • Develop roadshows, playbooks, onboarding and other enablement that make it easier for teams across the business to understand and work with Brand.

Brand Capabilities & Insights

  • Help build and maintain a clear view of Brand's capabilities, services and outputs.
  • Gather and analyze information through surveys, workflow and asset analysis, stakeholder feedback and other sources to understand how Brand's capabilities are being used.
  • Identify capability gaps, recurring needs and opportunities to evolve how Brand supports the business.
  • Translate insights into recommendations for processes, ways of working and future capabilities.

Creative Operations & Process Improvement

  • Map current-state workflows and help design improved future-state processes.
  • Identify friction, unclear handoffs, unnecessary approvals and gaps across the creative lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement improved workflows, governance, RACI, escalation paths, SLAs and operating cadences.
  • Ensure operational processes support the realities of strategy and creative development while improving clarity, consistency and speed.

Tools & Technology Enablement

  • Help identify tools and technology that could improve Brand's workflows, creative processes and operational effectiveness.
  • Evaluate existing enterprise capabilities and emerging solutions, including opportunities to leverage AI and automation.
  • Partner with internal teams such as Technology, Procurement, Legal and Compliance, as well as external vendors, to understand requirements and support implementation of new capabilities.
  • Coordinate pilots, onboarding, training and adoption of new tools and features across Brand.
  • Partner with vendors such as Asana and existing enterprise technology partners to understand available capabilities and identify opportunities to improve how Brand works.
  • Track adoption and feedback to determine whether new tools are delivering the intended operational value.

Operating Model & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the ongoing evolution of Brand's operating model as business needs and capabilities change.
  • Monitor how new processes and ways of working are performing and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Pilot new approaches, gather feedback and support implementation and adoption.
  • Maintain the playbooks, standards and operating frameworks that enable consistent ways of working across Brand.
  • Help measure whether operating-model changes are improving clarity, collaboration, speed and effectiveness.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in creative operations, production operations, workforce planning, or a related function, including experience operating at a senior manager level or equivalent scope.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders to assess business needs, align priorities, and drive organizational change.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize operating models, workflows, and processes, translating complex business challenges into scalable solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
