The Senior Experience Manager will own the end-to-end Vogue100 portfolio, taking an aggressive approach to expanding the global acquisition pipeline, driving member conversion, and maximizing retention. Supported by an Experience Associate/Manager, you will oversee program execution while remaining focused on high-impact growth strategies, UHNW stakeholder engagement, and luxury market expansion.
Experience working with international UHNW networks, managing high-performing client management teams, and willingness to travel globally are essential.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Member Acquisition & Pipeline Development
- Outbound Recruitment Strategy: Lead outbound member recruitment initiatives targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and luxury sector leaders across key domestic and international markets.
- Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and systematically convert a high-yielding prospect pipeline through active networking, personalized outreach, pitch development, and executive presentations.
- Network & Referral Activation: Leverage personal and industry network touchpoints to generate high-value member referrals, closing new memberships to achieve individual and program acquisition targets.
- Conversion Optimization: Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle from initial engagement and prospective client vetting through contract execution and payment processing.
Member Management & Retention
- End-to-End Portfolio Management: Serve as the primary account owner and strategic relationship lead for the global Vogue100 member portfolio, ensuring high-touch client satisfaction and proactive engagement.
- Renewal & Lifetime Value Strategy: Execute targeted retention frameworks, health checks, and personalized touchpoints to minimize churn and secure timely annual membership renewals.
- Commercial Upselling: Identify and action revenue-generating opportunities, including tier upgrades, exclusive access additions, and other brand-aligned opportunities that require additional contributions.
- Escalation & Account Management: Act as the senior escalation point for member account inquiries, addressing concerns with diplomatic precision to maintain high retention rates.
Commercial Strategy & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Revenue Targets & Performance: Accountable for meeting and exceeding defined quota targets across net new member acquisition, annual retention rate, and portfolio revenue growth.
- Events & Marketing Bridge: Partner with the Manager of Events & Marketing to communicate member preferences, secure attendance, and host members at experiences
- Contribute to Commercial Opportunities: Collaborate with Events & Marketing, commercial, and editorial to align commercial opportunities, maintaining a clean focus on member acquisition and account management rather than partner event execution.
- Value Proposition & Market Insights: Provide real-time commercial feedback from member sales interactions to continually refine membership pricing, benefits, and sales messaging.
