- Demonstrated experience supporting lean manufacturing and operational excellence goals
- Knowledge of manufacturing and cost accounting (e.g., standard costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis) is a plus

- Problem solver who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment serving many high-profile customers
- Comfortable with ambiguity; makes sound judgments and moves work forward with incomplete information and shifting priorities
- Thinks analytically and creatively while maintaining strong financial controls
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and metrics, and how operational improvements translate into financial results
- Simplifies and models complex business questions, and communicates them clearly, orally and in writing, to influence leadership decisions through fact-based analysis
- Strong organizational skills; manages multiple competing priorities
- Self-driven and highly motivated; thrives under a hands-off leadership style, setting priorities and driving work to completion with minimal direction
- Works effectively both independently and in a hybrid environment, building rapport with non-finance colleagues in a highly collaborative culture
- Demonstrates leadership and professional maturity, leading through influence with senior business and operations leaders
- Conducts all work in a confidential, ethical, and professional manner
