  • Experience troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing process improvements in a production environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Production teams while providing technical guidance on manufacturing best practices.

It's preferred if you bring:

  • Experience supporting complex CNC machining operations within a machine shop or precision manufacturing environment.
  • Experience developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
  • Experience with capital equipment implementation, manufacturing technology upgrades, or process automation initiatives.
  • Experience within aerospace, defense, industrial manufacturing, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will:

  • Serve as a technical expert for manufacturing processes, machining methods, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support a broad range of machining technologies including CNC turning, milling, Swiss machining, grinding, and EDM operations.
  • Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes that improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance.
  • Provide hands-on manufacturing engineering support through CAD/CAM programming, troubleshooting, process development, and process validation activities.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and improve manufacturing performance.
  • Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to improve process capability and product quality.
  • Evaluate tooling, fixturing, machine utilization, and process flow to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and reduced manufacturing risk.
  • Support new product introductions, process transfers, and manufacturing readiness activities.
  • Contribute technical expertise to capital equipment projects, technology evaluations, and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
  • Remain a hands-on contributor dedicated to advancing manufacturing performance and operational excellence across the organization.
