The Opportunity:

The Product Manager, In Vivo Imaging is a high-impact global role at the center of Revvity's preclinical imaging business. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial success of our market-leading in vivo imaging portfolio spanning hardware, software, and integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging technologies to continuously sharpen positioning and strategy

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) across global markets

Product Development & Launch

  • Partner closely with R&D to deliver roadmap milestones and ensure customer-centric value at every release

  • Lead new product definition, business plans, and go-to-market strategies within the in vivo product management team

  • Provide planning, project management support, and sales training for product launches

  • Establish pricing strategies that reflect market dynamics and competitive positioning

Market Intelligence & Commercial Growth

  • Coordinate with Marketing on market research, customer and field communications, and analytics to support decision-making

  • Assess market penetration opportunities and develop product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue, and market share

  • Consolidate broad business strategies into structured product marketing plans

  • Drive continuous improvement cross-functionally to grow top-line revenue, improve margins, and increase customer satisfaction

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the connective tissue between customers, R&D, Operations, Quality, and Sales

  • Communicate customer feedback to engineering and manufacturing to enhance the in vivo software and hardware portfolio

  • Remove barriers to business growth and portfolio expansion through proactive problem-solving and stakeholder alignment

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline

  • 5+ years of experience in life science product management, technical support roles, or sales

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in a technical discipline, ideally in the life sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or related field)

  • 10+ years of combined experience in sales, R&D, commercial leadership, and/or Product Management with a track record of launching successful products

  • Proven business leadership skills in Product Management, Strategy, or Commercial roles preferably in Life Sciences

  • Experience in preclinical or in vivo imaging (optical imaging, microCT, ultrasound, or related modalities) strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that align business objectives with customer needs

  • Strong business acumen with analytical, decision-making, and influencing skills

  • Ability to lead and deliver results in a cross-functional, matrixed environment

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership, customers, and technical teams alike

  • Willingness to travel globally to engage with customers, KOLs, and field teams
