In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive product and go-to-market strategies, lead large-scale product modernization and customer migration initiatives, and guide strategic investment decisions that support customer value, business growth, and profitability.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of product management leadership, strong commercial acumen, and experience managing complex SaaS offerings. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to drive product innovation, strengthen competitive positioning, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Lead large-scale product modernization and customer migration programs, working directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Evaluate build, buy, and partner opportunities, prioritizing investments across the product portfolio based on customer value, commercial potential, and strategic alignment.
  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements using market research, customer feedback, industry insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Drive product decisions that optimize customer value, customer growth, and profitability while supporting long-term business objectives.
  • Lead a formal product road mapping process, incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders to establish clear priorities and investment decisions.
  • Establish and monitor product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product management decisions, go-to-market effectiveness, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Engineering to define long-term platform strategies, modernization priorities, and technology investments that support scalability, growth, and operational efficiency while meeting project timelines and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to develop go-to-market strategies, market positioning, pricing approaches, and product adoption initiatives.
  • Develop and continuously validate ideal customer profiles (ICP) and total addressable market (TAM) assessments to inform product strategy and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and strategic partners to gather insights and validate product direction.
  • Mentor and influence Product Managers and cross-functional teams by establishing product management best practices, frameworks, and standards.

What You Will Bring to the Position

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of strategic product portfolios and complex SaaS offerings.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering products and solutions that create measurable customer value and achieve business objectives.
  • Experience leading large-scale product modernization, platform transformation, or customer migration initiatives.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, market trends, and customer insights, with the ability to translate findings into effective product strategies.
  • Demonstrated success leading product launches, driving adoption, and achieving commercial goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate complex data, assess strategic opportunities, and make informed business decisions.
  • Experience implementing product management best practices, establishing frameworks, and building new product management functions within an organization.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis methodologies.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of how product decisions influence growth, customer value, and profitability.
  • Product management experience in the fuel supply chain and/or data analytics.
