  • Develop and manage the ML platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and OKRs, and driving execution through sprint and quarterly planning cycles.
  • Define platform usability and integration requirements (e.g., APIs, SDKs, tools) to enable adoption across data science and engineering teams.
  • Ensure platform compliance with data governance and security standards.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for platform success, including training speed, deployment latency, reliability, and adoption metrics.
  • Evaluate and integrate third-party solutions while identifying emerging ML infrastructure trends to expand platform capabilities.

You Have:

  • Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a directly related technical field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with defining product strategy, managing feature development, and leading full lifecycle product management.
  • 1 year of experience with applying core ML concepts to business use cases;
  • 1 year of experience with applying Agile and Kanban methodologies to plan, prioritize, and deliver ML platform features;
  • 1 year of experience with leading the roadmap and delivery for cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and analysts to deliver technical platform features;
  • 1 year of experience with gathering and synthesizing feedback from stakeholder groups to drive product decisions;
  • 1 year of experience with defining and tracking KPIs and OKRs for technical products;
  • 1 year of experience with ensuring data governance and security compliance in ML platform and data product design;
  • 1 year of experience with communicating complex data with technical and non-technical audiences and stakeholders to achieve business objectives; and
