- Lead cross-functional teams spanning Business Development, Capture, Engineering, Proposal, Pricing, and Product Management.
- Evaluate technologies, conduct trade studies, and develop technical discriminators that improve competitive positioning.
- Support both classified and unclassified proposals while ensuring technical quality, compliance, and consistency.
- Represent CACI’s EW, C5ISR, and cyber capabilities through customer engagements, technical briefings, white papers, demonstrations, and strategy sessions.
- Mentor other Solution Architects and contribute to proposal reviews and technical solution assessments.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- 10+ years of solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.
- Demonstrated success leading technical solution development and authoring or leading technical proposal volumes for large Federal capture and proposal efforts ($50M+ TCV preferred).
- Strong understanding of and experience developing solutions involving EW, C5ISR, and cyber capabilities (including their integration).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into compelling technical solutions and proposal content.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer engagement skills.
- Preference for candidates living in close proximity to CACI’s northern Virginia offices (Sterling/Chantilly/Reston area) or Maryland offices (Aberdeen Proving Ground/Annapolis Junction) who can maintain regular onsite presence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Army, USSOCOM, Air Force, Navy, DARPA, DIU, or other defense organizations.
- Knowledge of RF systems, EMSO, SIGINT, C-UxS, or mission systems integration.
- Familiarity with MBSE, Agile/DevSecOps, AI/ML, and Modular Open Systems Architecture (MOSA/SOSA).
- Experience with GSA FEDSIM/AAS or other major DoD acquisition organizations.
- Prior hands-on proposal development experience on EW, C5ISR, or cyber-related programs.
