· Serve as the primary Gaithersburg administrator for incident, near-miss, action, and observation data; strengthen user literacy and data integrity while escalating technical issues appropriately.
· Develop guidance, templates, knowledge articles, communications, and training that improve digital proficiency and consistent documentation practices across SHE teams.
· Coordinate communications across intranet, digital signage, presentations, and other channels; measure engagement and refine content based on user needs.
· Support the annual Safety Celebration, quarterly safety collaborations, town halls, and other initiatives that strengthen safety culture and wellbeing.
· Represent SHE in cross-functional forums and lead change-management plans for system and process updates, including communications, training, adoption measures, and managed releases.
· Lead ad hoc, multi-site projects in response to business needs, with clear scope, ownership, timelines, and outcomes.

While standard working hours apply, you must remain flexible and available to respond to urgent, critical situations outside of typical hours (such as evenings or weekends) as needed.

· Strong written communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
· Working knowledge of and technology developments.
Preferred Requirements
