The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

As a Data360 (formerly known as Data Cloud) Success Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving successful outcomes for our strategic customers by leveraging your technical expertise in data and analytics. Data360 is the foundation of Agentforce, enabling real-time, intelligent decision-making by centralizing and harmonizing enterprise data. You will collaborate with customers, colleagues, and partners to evaluate technical architecture, optimize performance, and design effective solutions.

This role is office-flexible, and the expectation is to work from the office three days per week.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Identify and evaluate capability gaps for standard product capability or identify creative Architect solutions through customization
  • Facilitate and influence Executive stakeholders while aligning technology strategy to business value and ROI, run playbooks aligned with our Success Architect engagement catalog, and build strong relationships with internal and external business partners

You're Our Person If...

  • Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices, with excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate discussions and translate technical concepts into tangible business value and ROI from Developer to Executive
  • Proactive and self-starting attitude, able to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely, stay up-to-date with emerging data-related and AI technologies, and ensure customer solutions adhere to data security and privacy regulations and best practices
  • Degree or equivalent experience required. Experience evaluated based on the strengths you'll need for the role (e.g. proven behaviors in previous jobs such as extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.). Must be a US Citizen

Even Better If...

  • Minimum 2 development/project implementation lifecycles of Salesforce Data360/CDP + AI, and experience in a consulting and implementation Partner for Data360/CDP
  • Experience with large data such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Google Cloud Storage/Big Query, Azure administration or architecture
  • Experience with Customer Data platforms such as Segment, Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform, Amperity, Treasure Data, Twilio Segment, Realtio, etc, and implementing Salesforce Clouds and multi-cloud scenarios (Sales, Service, Industries, Marketing or Commerce)
