Partner closely with internal teams including Academic Relations, Developer Programs, Research, HRBPs and Marketing to align early talent recruiting initiatives with broader business priorities.
Use data and insights to operate with agility—rapidly evaluating program efficiency, iterating on engagement strategies in real time, and continuously improving outcomes across all pipelines.
Serve as a thought partner to senior leadership by bringing market insights, campus trends, and innovative ideas to continuously evolve our approach.
