  • Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of medical brand strategy across the One Rare portfolio, working with functional leads on tactics and associated budgets.
  • Own and be accountable for the One Rare US medical budget.
  • Lead the US OneRare stakeholder engagement strategy, developing and maintaining key opinion leader relationships across the franchise and the broader healthcare community, and representing One Rare US Medical and Sanofi Specialty Care to key external audiences, including HCPs, thought leaders, medical associations, and other organizations.
  • Partner with our Patient Advocacy team to ensure the patient voice informs One Rare medical strategy and stakeholder engagement.
  • Help steer One Rare's medical strategy and ways of working in line with North America Medical's broader transformation toward data-driven, AI-enabled evidence generation and HCP and patient engagement.
  • Partner with Integrated Evidence & Patient Outcomes — including Medical Value & Organized Systems Engagement and our Payer Account Director teams — to strengthen evidence generation, real-world data, and patient outcomes measurement across the One Rare portfolio.
  • Lead local data generation plans that supplement the core registration data generated by the clinical development plan, in support of local market access and product life cycle management.
  • Support patient-finding and diagnostic initiatives — including EHR-based diagnostic algorithms and digital biomarker tools — to help shorten the diagnostic journey for rare disease patients and connect them to care sooner.
  • Ensure appropriate review and approval of medical and scientific content across Regulatory, Safety, Scientific, Medical, and Commercial outputs.
  • Oversee implementation of training and education events for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the US implementation of registries and humanitarian programs for rare disease.
  • Ensure team compliance with FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and other ethical and regulatory guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry, along with internal standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with other therapeutic areas to leverage One Rare Medical expertise and programs as appropriate.
  • Travel as required to support and attend conferences, symposia, and other important meetings (up to 50%).
