What you'll do...

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the Global Credit Platform—a high-stakes, high-visibility initiative at the intersection of financial services, membership, and retail technology.

You will own the end-to-end product strategy for global credit capabilities that power member acquisition, engagement, and loyalty across our domestic and international markets. This role requires a unique combination of fintech expertise, platform thinking, growth mindset, and AI fluency to build intelligent, scalable credit infrastructure that serves millions of members worldwide.

About the Team

The Enterprise Financial Services team is central to delivering seamless, responsible credit experiences that enhance membership value. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, the team operates at the scale of a leading global retailer.

The team combines rapid experimentation with disciplined execution and a strong focus on AI-driven innovation. By leveraging data, emerging technologies, and cross-functional collaboration, the team develops differentiated financial solutions that meet evolving customer expectations and business needs.

What You'll Do

Own the Global Credit Platform

  • Define and drive the long-term vision and product roadmap for a global credit platform spanning credit card products and strategic partnerships.
  • Build scalable credit decisioning, underwriting, and payments capabilities that support multiple markets and geographies.

Drive Credit Growth

  • Lead product initiatives across the entire credit lifecycle, from acquisition through engagement and retention.
  • Translate business priorities into product roadmaps, success metrics, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.

Lead AI Innovation

  • Champion AI-first product development by identifying opportunities where AI and machine learning improve credit decisioning, personalization, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop experimentation frameworks that rapidly validate ideas and convert successful tests into scalable platform capabilities.

Lead Through Influence

  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Financial Services leaders to align on product strategy and execution.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and business impact to senior executives.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure cross-jurisdictional regulatory adherence.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in fintech, credit, lending, or financial services at scale.
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling platform-level products that serve multiple downstream customers, business units, or markets.
  • Proven track record leveraging AI tools—including generative AI, experimentation platforms, and copilot technologies—to accelerate product development and execution over the past two years.
  • Experience partnering with banking partners, payment networks, or fintech providers in a product management capacity.
  • Strong understanding of growth frameworks, including acquisition funnels, activation, engagement, and lifecycle management.
  • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience building global products and supporting multi-market product localization is strongly preferred.
