- Sustain BD involvement through award. Keep assigned Growth Leads engaged through capture, proposal development, and follow-through. Partner with the Capture Team Lead and proposal teams to maintain customer insight, strengthen pursuit strategies, and resolve dependencies.
- Align resources and decisions. Coordinate priorities and resources with Capture, Mission Engineering, Growth Operations, business leaders, and functional teams. Resolve cross-team dependencies and bring concise recommendations and sector-level tradeoffs to the SMDS Growth VP.
- Integrate growth plans. Partner with business area leaders to build a focused SMDS roadmap with accountable owners, milestones, resources, and pipeline and forecast implications. Identify opportunities across the sector and Parsons, along with dependencies, coverage gaps, and resource tradeoffs.
