  • Partner with Critical Response and Operations teams to manage major incidents, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Monitor system health and ensure timely resolution of reliability, performance, and availability issues.

Broadcast Systems Implementation and Support

  • Lead the engineering implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management of broadcast technology platforms.
  • Support live news gathering, contribution, production, post-production, playout, master control, station automation, and transmission workflows.
  • Implement and operate SMPTE ST 2110 video-over-IP environments, including routing, timing, packet integrity, latency, and system interoperability.
  • Support the transition from SDI-based workflows to synchronized, software-defined IP media facilities in partnership with the Media Architecture team.
  • Maintain operational compatibility across existing systems while implementing new technology platforms.

Network and Infrastructure Engineering

  • Lead engineering execution across WAN, LAN, contribution networks, routing, switching, QoS, multicast, and high-capacity media connectivity.
  • Operate and optimize on-premise data centers, hybrid cloud infrastructure, enterprise virtualization, containerized environments, compute, storage, and related platforms.
