Within WM Strategy & Analytics, the Workplace & ICS Analytics team serves as a strategic partner to Morgan Stanley at Work (MSAW) leadership, delivering business intelligence, executive reporting, client and participant insights, growth opportunity identification, and strategic analytics that drive decision-making across the Workplace ecosystem. The team supports a broad set of stakeholders spanning Stock Plan, Corporate Clients, Sales, Product, Finance, and Wealth Management leadership. This role combines strategic analytics leadership, executive stakeholder engagement, and business intelligence execution to help shape the future growth and operating model of the Workplace business.

  • Direct financial analytics supporting business planning, compensation, referral economics, revenue attribution, accruals, payout programs, and financial performance management.
  • Advance analytics infrastructure and capabilities with Technology, Data Engineering, and Data Governance, improving data quality, metric consistency, reporting scalability, AI-enabled analytics, and self-service business intelligence.
  • Lead and develop the analytics team, overseeing delivery and building alignment with senior stakeholders across Workplace, Wealth Management, Product, Finance, Operations, and Technology.
