About this job

Equifax is where you can power your possible. If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds,  and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

Equifax’s US Information Solutions (USIS) business unit is seeking an Account Executive to join our Identity and Fraud Services sales team. The USIS business unit transforms massive consumer and commercial datasets into actionable consumer and commercial risk, identity and fraud, and data-driven marketing insights that create a competitive advantage for our customers and open new opportunities for consumers.

As fraud tactics evolve, businesses require sophisticated, real-time data and AI-driven insights to protect their ecosystem without sacrificing user experience. This Account Executive will drive growth in their book of business with our industry-leading Payments Fraud solutions. Equifax can help detect and prevent card-not-present fraud across digital channels while reducing false declines and chargebacks — protecting revenue and customer experience.

In this senior-level, client-facing sales role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and joint innovation through strategic, highly complex partner alliances. Operating as a primary point of contact, this role aligns strategic vision, orchestrates internal and external enterprise resources, and executes joint go-to-market strategies to convert high-potential market opportunities into profitable long-term revenue and market share. Additionally, the AE handles contract governance, negotiates complex, data-driven deals, and provides informal leadership, coaching, and direction across matrixed teams.

What you’ll do

  • Strategic Alliance Growth: Drive mutual growth and profitable revenue by defining and executing joint sales strategies with highly complex partner alliances
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Mobilize internal Equifax resources and partner counterparts to drive joint innovation, product development, and collaborative selling activities
  • Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong, active relationships with key partner stakeholders across sales, marketing, and product strategy to align on shared vision and objectives
  • New Business Development: Identify and execute new partnership opportunities that lead to innovative joint offerings, expanded market share, and long-term revenue growth
  • Opportunity Conversion: Build short- and long-term growth pipelines with partners, developing actionable plans to convert strategic opportunities into closed business
  • Relationship Governance: Lead the management of partner relationships, facilitating regular business and revenue reviews with senior leaders and key decision-makers internally and externally
  • Contract & Obligation Management: Navigate complex contractual terms, negotiate agreement changes, and establish, monitor, and report on critical performance metrics and milestones

What experience you need

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent corporate experience
  • B2B Sales Expertise: 7-10+ years of Enterprise B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and ability to independently manage the full sales-cycle
  • Domain Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise with payments fraud solutions; ability to apply knowledge of the industry and intellectual curiosity to maintain up-to-date industry knowledge
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable leading discovery sessions, high-stakes executive pitches, and negotiating complex deals
  • Environment & Travel: Proven ability to navigate highly matrixed corporate environments and manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously; ability to travel to client sites as required
  • CRM Proficiency: Discipline with maintaining accurate customer relationship management (CRM) system data, contributing to effective pipeline tracking and management
  • Sales Methodology: Employment of strategic selling techniques and application of consultative sales methods
  • Client Retention & Growth: Ability to balance driving renewals and maintaining existing client relationships with growing the book of business simultaneously

What could set you apart

  • Advanced degree (MBA or relevant Master’s degree)
  • Knowledge of the credit industry
