About this job
Ro is a direct-to-patient healthcare company with a mission of helping patients achieve their health goals by delivering the easiest, most effective care possible. Ro is the only company to offer nationwide telehealth, labs, and pharmacy services. This is enabled by Ro's vertically integrated platform that helps patients achieve their goals through a convenient, end-to-end healthcare experience spanning from diagnosis, to delivery of medication, to ongoing care. Since 2017, Ro has helped millions of patients in nearly every single county in the United States, including 99% of primary care deserts.
Ro is consistently recognized as a top workplace in Health Care, in New York, and for Women and Parents—earning more than 20 honors from Fortune, Great Place to Work, and PEOPLE since 2021. In 2025 alone, we ranked top 5 among medium workplaces in Health Care and New York, and top 50 nationwide.
We are seeking a curious, analytical and results-driven marketing professional to join our Offline Marketing team and help drive new patient growth across Audio, YouTube and endorser partnerships. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Offline Marketing, you will own the day-to-day management and optimization of a growing portfolio of Audio and YouTube campaigns across Ro’s conditions while helping build the next generation of our endorser partnership program. You’ll work across podcast, streaming audio, YouTube and talent partnerships to identify new opportunities, evaluate and structure deals, optimize existing campaigns, and develop a proactive pipeline of endorsers who can help Ro reach and acquire new patients.
The ideal candidate combines strong media and performance-marketing instincts with an enthusiasm for creators, talent and partnerships. You are comfortable using data to make decisions, managing a large portfolio of campaigns and external partners, and moving between day-to-day execution and longer-term opportunities to improve and grow a program. This role is highly cross-functional and requires a collaborative approach to working across multiple agency partners, Creative, Legal, Product Marketing, Engineering and Medical teams.
What You’ll Do:
-
Own and optimize Ro’s Audio and YouTube campaigns across conditions, managing media plans, budgets and ongoing performance against condition-specific acquisition targets.
-
Help build and grow Ro’s endorser ecosystem by proactively identifying high-potential talent and partnership opportunities across podcasts, YouTube and the broader creator landscape.
-
Evaluate and structure new partnership opportunities, assessing media economics, audience fit, historical performance, usage rights, creative potential and expected value to determine where Ro should invest.
-
Develop a proactive partnership pipeline and testing roadmap, identifying new talent, audiences and partnership models that can expand the program beyond its existing portfolio.
-
Manage relationships with Audio and YouTube agencies and external partners, serving as a key day-to-day Ro point of contact and ensuring campaigns launch and operate effectively.
-
Monitor campaign and partner performance and make portfolio recommendations, including where to scale, extend, optimize or exit partnerships based on direct acquisition performance and the broader value of the relationship.
-
Partner closely with Paid Social and Creative teams to extend endorser content, identifying promising footage and concepts and helping translate partnership assets into performative assets.
-
Help shape creative strategy with endorsers and partners, applying learnings from both native placements and Paid Social performance to improve scripts, reads, concepts and future content.
-
Analyze and synthesize media and creative performance, translating campaign data into clear insights and recommendations for budget owners and cross-functional stakeholders.
-
Own key operational workflows across the portfolio, including campaign launches, creative briefing, script refreshes, compliance reviews, reporting and budget management.
-
Develop a deep understanding of Audio and YouTube measurement and attribution, including the different signals Ro uses to understand both direct-response and holistic partnership performance.
-
Stay close to the evolving Audio, YouTube and creator landscape, including emerging talent, competitor activity, platform trends and new partnership opportunities that could help differentiate Ro.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
-
3- 5 years of experience in performance marketing, media planning/buying, partnerships, growth marketing, or a related field.
-
Experience managing or supporting scaled acquisition programs within a marketing program with budgets of $3M+/month.
-
Experience across one or more relevant media channels such as Audio (radio + podcasts), YouTube, creator partnerships, TV/CTV, or other Offline acquisition channels.
-
A genuine interest in creators, endorsers, podcasts, YouTube and the broader media landscape, with an instinct for identifying talent and content that could resonate with an audience.
-
Strong performance-marketing instincts and comfort using metrics such as CAC, response rate and conversion performance to evaluate campaigns and make optimization recommendations.
-
You have a passion for data and possess the expertise to utilize both qualitative and quantitative information in effective decision making
-
You have experience and are familiar with running A/B, multivariate, and geo tests
-
You are familiar with the nuances and complexities of the various attribution approaches for offline channels
-
Experience managing external agencies, media partners, creators or other external stakeholders and an ability to build productive, trusted relationships.
-
Experience working through creative development and production workflows, with an understanding of how creative can be tested and optimized as a performance lever.
-
Strong project-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and partners simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
-
Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity as priorities and opportunities evolve.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize performance into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
-
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Looker, Mixpanel, Hex or similar platforms preferred (Audio attribution platforms such as Podscribe and AI platforms such as Claude is a plus!)
