To deliver on this mission, our global team is composed of team members with life experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives that mirror our developers and customers around the world. At AppLovin, we are intentional about the team and culture we are building, seeking candidates who are outstanding in their own right and also demonstrate their support of others.

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Creative Producer to lead the execution and delivery of marketing creatives.

In this role, you'll partner closely with Brand and Video Production teams to lead creative strategy and production. You'll own the pipeline from creative brainstorming through final delivery for ads to run across brand and performance marketing campaigns. This isn't about making one perfect ad. It's about building a creative machine that feeds our growth with constant testing and iteration.

We want clever ideas, rapid experimentation and consistent excellent ad quality. If you live and breathe performance creative, understand what makes B2B advertising work, and move fast, this role was built for you.

What you'll do

  • Own static and video creative production. Produce creative to run across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, CTV, OOH, and other networks.
  • Ideate and pitch. Research and pitch creative concepts that align with our marketing plans.
  • Stay true to the brand. The guidelines are the frame, and your job is to make the strongest ads possible inside it.
  • Build media packs and manage vendors. Develop a media pack for each campaign to share with vendors for ad production.
  • Own ad quality. Hold every ad to a high standard and make sure AppLovin is presented appropriately.
  • Develop or source the materials you need. Work closely with our video production team and external vendors to get the footage you need. You source 100% of the material you need. Sometimes that means creating the work yourself with design tools and AI, sometimes it means handing it to a vendor. You decide the fastest path to the assets each ad needs.
  • Keep the pipeline full and moving. Guide approved projects through production and final delivery while managing multiple timelines at once. While one campaign is in production, you’re already strategizing the next creative delivery, planned against our marketing calendar and key seasonal moments.

What we're looking for

  • You're equal parts strategist and operator, and you thrive at the intersection of creative vision and flawless execution.
  • You have a strong creative background and operational expertise. You understand the full campaign lifecycle, from early concepting to final delivery, and you're adept at steering large-scale marketing initiatives with multiple stakeholders, evolving priorities, and ambitious timelines.
  • You're passionate about storytelling and marketing.
