Partner closely with product, engineering, mission management, and leadership teams to translate international customer and partner needs into company strategy, technical positioning, capture, and successful program execution
Provide insight into international space market dynamics, export control considerations, funding structures, and customer requirements to inform Northwood's product direction and long-term growth plans
Navigate ITAR/EAR and other export control frameworks in structuring international opportunities and partnerships
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in business development, growth, capture, program strategy, or related roles supporting or serving international government or commercial space customers
Experience developing, shaping, or executing complex technical programs or opportunities relevant to sovereign or international customers, with knowledge of international space markets, procurement dynamics, and partnership structures
Ability to work in-person in Los Angeles or Washington, DC; ability to travel internationally
Preferred Qualifications:
