• Prepare and present investment, portfolio, and market updates to executive leadership, the Board, and Hanwha Group stakeholders.

• Support annual and quarterly capital planning, deployment forecasts, funding requirements, and portfolio prioritization.

• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, investment banks, investors,

• Define investment theses, transaction strategies, valuation parameters, underwriting assumptions, and negotiation positions.

• Lead cross-functional due diligence efforts across legal, technical, market, tax, environmental, financing, interconnection, and commercial workstreams.

• Oversee transaction negotiations, investment committee materials, board approvals, transaction documentation, and deal execution through closing.

• Lead asset monetization initiatives, including hold-versus-sell analyses, valuation assessments, buyer engagement, bid evaluation, and transaction execution.

• Partner with Development, Project Finance, Asset Management, Legal, Tax, Accounting,

Engineering, and other internal teams to advance strategic initiatives and transactions.

• Coach and mentor junior team members, review work product, and promote consistent standards

for underwriting, diligence, investment approvals, and transaction execution.

• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, sound investment

judgment, and disciplined execution.

• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, business, or a related field.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, infrastructure or energy private equity, corporate development, or transaction advisory services.

• Strong valuation, financial modeling, financial analysis, and investment judgment, including the ability to challenge assumptions and defend investment conclusions.

• Demonstrated experience leading or playing a senior execution role in live transactions through due diligence and closing, including oversight of external advisors and cross-functional workstreams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and complex transactions independently.

• Sound commercial judgment, intellectual honesty, and a high standard of attention to detail.

• Strong understanding of energy, infrastructure, and the energy transition, including the ability to evaluate storage, solar, and digital infrastructure opportunities.

• Understanding of the utility-scale project development lifecycle, including interconnection

studies and queue reform, site control, permitting, offtake arrangements, and equipment

procurement.

• Familiarity with ERCOT, CAISO, PJM, or other ISO/RTO market structures and operations.

• Exposure to project finance, tax equity, and tax credit transfer structures.

• Experience managing pipeline and portfolio reporting and leveraging related insights to inform

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically as needed for due diligence, site visits, and
