About this job

Job Description Summary:

Some of the most meaningful opportunities in product are found behind the scenes, in the decisions, workflows, and experiences that help a business operate at its best.

Within the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) of The Coca-Cola Company, our digital products support an extraordinary business and an equally diverse network of customers and partners. From commercial planning to financial operations, technology plays an important role in helping our teams work effectively, make informed decisions, and deliver great experiences.

We're building a product organization that brings together talented people across product, design, engineering, and data to solve meaningful problems and create measurable value. Our teams are empowered to understand their users, challenge assumptions, explore possibilities, and continuously improve the products they build.

We're looking for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and people. Someone who can see the bigger picture, find clarity in complexity, and inspire teams to build products that make a real difference.

About the Role

The Director of Product Management, Finance Experience will lead the product vision, strategy, and teams responsible for digital experiences across key Finance and Commercial processes within Coca-Cola's NAOU.

Your portfolio will span the financial lifecycle of our commercial relationships, including deal management, financial planning and performance, and financial operations. These products support important decisions and interactions across the business, creating opportunities to improve how teams work and how we serve our customers.

This is a role for a leader who enjoys solving complex, interconnected problems. You'll have the opportunity to think across traditional functional and technology boundaries, identify where digital products can create meaningful value, and shape a compelling direction for the future.

You'll work closely with senior Finance and Commercial leaders, alongside engineering, design, and data partners, to connect business ambition with product strategy and execution. You'll guide multiple product teams, helping them focus on the right problems, make thoughtful decisions, and deliver outcomes that matter.

Equally important, you'll play a significant role in developing our product organization. You'll coach and grow talented product managers, raise the standard of product thinking, and create an environment where empowered teams can do their best work.

What You Will Lead

Deal Creation & Onboarding - Lead products that support commercial deal development, evaluation, approval, and activation, enabling effective collaboration across Sales, Finance, and other business functions.

Financial Planning & Performance - Shape products that support financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and insights, helping teams make informed decisions and manage business performance.

Customer Financial Execution - Lead digital products supporting customer financial operations and interactions, with a focus on effective, reliable processes and experiences for customers and internal teams.

  • Create a cohesive strategic direction while empowering individual product teams to determine how best to achieve their outcomes

Product Excellence & Delivery
