The Director, RGM OBPPC Coke Trademark will report to the Coke Trademark OBPPC Lead and support the development and stewardship of the multi-year OBPPC strategy for Coca-Cola Trademark across the North America Operating Unit. The role will translate consumer, shopper, occasion, competitive, and financial insights into differentiated brand, package, channel, assortment, and strategic pricing choices across Coca-Cola Original Taste, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Diet Coke, Coke Trademark flavors, limited-time offerings, and innovation. The role requires holistic business understanding, strong analytical and financial judgment, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, eCommerce, customer teams, and bottlers.

- Define differentiated roles for Coke Trademark brands and propositions across consumer occasions, shopper missions, channels, customers, outlets, and physical and digital commerce, balancing recruitment, frequency, affordability, premiumization, mix, and margin objectives.
- Develop the Coke Trademark package and assortment architecture across immediate-consumption, future-consumption, entry-price, frequency, value, premium, variety-pack, and innovation roles; identify whitespace and define package-launch strategies, business cases, guardrails, pilots, and learning agendas.
- Develop strategic Coke Trademark price-pack architecture and pricing guardrails in partnership with the Coke Trademark OBPPC Lead and Retail Strategy/TPO. The role does not own customer-specific pricing, promotions, trade investment, customer negotiations, or in-market execution; those decisions remain with Retail Strategy/TPO, customer teams, and RGM Execution.
- Provide consumer, shopper, competitive, package, pricing, household, channel, and financial insights that create a clear view of Coke Trademark opportunities, risks, portfolio gaps, and performance versus plan.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, eCommerce OBPPC, Retail Strategy/TPO, RGM Execution, customer teams, and bottlers to ensure Coke Trademark launches and pilots have clear strategic guardrails, business cases, success measures, and learning plans.
- Develop acceleration initiatives to recruit new households, build Coca-Cola Zero Sugar and Diet Coke participation, grow frequency, optimize mix, strengthen flavors and innovation, and capture incremental Coke Trademark growth.
- Partner with RGM, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, customer, and bottler teams to translate Coke Trademark strategy into actionable annual and multi-year plans.
- Translate the Coke Trademark category plan into clear portfolio, package, channel, assortment, and strategic pricing implications for bottler and customer planning.
- Lead the development and quantification of Coke Trademark Sources of Growth, including revenue, transactions, volume, household recruitment, frequency, mix, margin, incrementality, and system value, for incorporation into annual and multi-year business planning.
