About this job

Job Description Summary:

The Senior Director II, RGM OBPPC, E-Commerce will lead the North America Operating Unit’s total-portfolio e-commerce Occasion, Brand, Price, Package and Channel strategy. This leader will build and scale profitable e-commerce growth across Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Sam’s.com, and other priority omnichannel customers.

The role connects portfolio, occasion, package, pricing, customer, and channel strategies to deliver incremental growth while protecting channel value and system economics. It leads the work from strategy and business-case development through commercialization, customer activation, and launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the eCommerce OBPPC strategy for the total NAOU portfolio, translating enterprise OBPPC priorities into differentiated digital occasion, assortment, package, channel and value-chain strategies.
  • Translate business priorities into one- to three-year e-commerce roadmaps, including package innovation, digital assortment, retailer-specific opportunities, and commercialization milestones.
  • Lead the development of e-commerce-specific package configurations that address shopper needs, fulfillment requirements, operational feasibility, and profitability.
  • Design route-to-market and value-chain recommendations for Ship-to-Home, direct, DSD, eARTM, and omnichannel models.
  • Build business cases that evaluate net sales revenue, operating income, volume, transactions, mix, margin, customer accruals, channel fees, cost to serve, and potential cannibalization.
  • Establish strategic pricing, package, channel, and value-chain guardrails within approved governance.
  • Lead cross-functional commercialization from concept development through customer activation and market launch.
  • Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail Strategy, customer teams, and bottlers to align priorities and deliver measurable business results.
  • Influence and negotiate with senior internal leaders, bottling partners, and priority e-commerce customers.
  • Develop reusable e-commerce OBPPC principles, playbooks, capabilities, and governance for the North America Operating Unit.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team spanning e-commerce OBPPC and occasion capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, supply chain, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 10 to 12 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, OBPPC, commercial strategy, category management, e-commerce, omnichannel strategy, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in portfolio strategy, price-pack architecture, channel strategy, and e-commerce commercialization.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience developing business cases and evaluating system economics.
  • Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across functions, customers, and bottling partners.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders, negotiating strategic business decisions, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Ability to translate complex strategies into actionable plans and measurable results.

Functional Expertise

Required:

  • OBPPC and price-pack architecture
  • E-commerce and omnichannel strategy
  • RGM analytics, business cases, and system economics
  • Portfolio, occasion, and shopper strategy
  • Senior stakeholder influence and negotiation

Preferred:

  • Digital shelf strategy and retail media
  • Supply chain, SIOC, and fulfillment economics
  • Route-to-market, eARTM, and order-to-cash processes
  • Customer planning and trade investment
  • Agile commercialization and capability building

What Success Looks Like

Success will be measured through profitable e-commerce growth, expanded digital assortment and distribution, successful commercialization of differentiated packages, strong customer and bottler alignment, and the adoption of scalable e-commerce OBPPC standards across the system.
