About this job
Ibotta is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead the IPN Campaign Platform: the APIs, MCPs, audiences, product data, and integrations that power every campaign on the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN). Fundamentally, your remit is to build a team that translates high-level business goals into unified, performant, and low-latency IPN campaigns. Your biggest area of strategic opportunity and ownership is to take the IPN beyond Ibotta. You will build the strategy that lets advertisers buy and manage IPN campaigns wherever they already work, as part of Ibotta’s shift from a promotions marketplace to a modern performance marketing engine driving an agentic future.
You will lead a growing team of Product Managers across Campaign APIs, Audience Platform, Product Data, and External Integrations, and partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Operations. You will also set the bar for an AI-native product practice, putting AI to work both in the platform and in how your team builds it.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
Not based in Denver? We will offer a relocation bonus to help make your move to the Mile High City a smooth one.
What you will be doing:
Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the IPN Campaign Platform
Define and execute the strategy for buying and managing IPN campaigns off-platform, through APIs and external partners
Lead, coach, and grow a team of PMs; set clear standards for high-quality product work
Set priorities and success metrics, and run quarterly and strategic planning so your team and partner teams are sequenced and resourced to deliver
Align cross-functional partners around shared goals and remove blockers to execution
Build AI fluency across your team, putting AI at the center of how you discover, define, and deliver product
Build a customer-obsessed culture grounded in clarity, ownership, and high-velocity execution
Embrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, & A good idea can come from anywhere
What we are looking for:
8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing PMs
BA/BS in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field required
Experience with advertising or performance marketing platforms: campaign APIs, audiences, product data, or asset management
Experience leading API-first or multi-persona platforms (ad tech, marketing platforms, enterprise SaaS, or complex data products)
Product strategy chops: translating company vision and customer needs into a coherent platform roadmap
Strong product sense and data-informed decision making, and the ability to hold a PM team to those standards
Leads through others: sets goals, removes blockers, and holds teams accountable without acting as a hands-on IC
Demonstrated AI fluency: you use tools like Claude or ChatGPT in your daily work and have evolved your product process or team operating model with AI
A track record of attracting, developing, and retaining strong PM talent
