Job Description Summary:

The Director, RGM Customer Execution leads Revenue Growth Management for the Walmart Customer Team, with responsibility for the Stills portfolio in-store and the total Coca-Cola portfolio in eCommerce.

This hands-on role uses data, analytics and financial modeling to develop customer-specific pricing, package, assortment, promotion and investment strategies, then partners across the Walmart Customer Team and Coca-Cola system to turn those recommendations into action and deliver revenue, volume, transaction and profit goals.

What You'll Do for Us

Lead Walmart RGM Strategy & Planning

  • Lead the RGM workstream for Walmart's Annual Business Planning process across Stills in-store and the total portfolio in eCommerce.
  • Develop annual and multi-year customer RGM strategies across pricing, package, assortment, promotion and trade investment.
  • Translate enterprise RGM strategies, marketplace guardrails and customer economics into actionable plans for Walmart.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Category Leadership, Marketing and Coca-Cola system stakeholders to align and execute customer plans.

Drive Stills & eCommerce Growth

  • Identify and quantify growth opportunities across the Stills portfolio and Walmart's eCommerce business.
  • Evaluate performance across category, brand, package, price tier, purchase occasion and fulfillment method to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Use digital and omnichannel insights to improve online availability, search, conversion, basket building and promotional effectiveness.
  • Shape assortment, innovation and package recommendations based on customer, shopper and financial insights.

Optimize Pricing, Promotion & Investment

  • Build and use analytical and financial models to evaluate pricing, promotion, package, assortment and customer investment decisions.
  • Evaluate pricing and promotional opportunities and exceptions, balancing Coca-Cola financial returns, customer economics, retailer profitability and marketplace implications.
  • Use pre- and post-event analysis to improve promotional effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Recommend deployment of Customer Collaboration Funds and other trade/customer investments based on incremental growth and financial return.

Drive Performance & Influence Execution

  • Lead RGM performance-management routines and support customer business reviews, identifying gaps to revenue, volume, transaction and profit goals and recommending actions to close them.
  • Translate complex customer, financial and performance data into clear insights and recommendations for the Walmart Customer Team.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance and Forecasting to improve forecasts and proactively identify risks and opportunities around customer events, innovation and promotional periods.
  • Influence cross-functional and Coca-Cola system stakeholders to align behind recommendations and execute Walmart RGM priorities.
  • Build RGM capability across the customer team through insights, tools and decision support.

What You'll Need

Experience

  • Experience in Revenue Growth Management, customer strategy, sales, finance, category management or commercial planning, preferably within consumer packaged goods.
  • Experience applying RGM principles in in-store and/or eCommerce environments; experience across both is preferred.
  • Experience supporting a large, complex retailer; Walmart experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, promotion, assortment, package mix and trade/customer investment.
  • Experience building financial and analytical models and translating results into commercial recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities, including scenario modeling and analysis of customer, syndicated, financial and internal performance data.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive action without direct authority.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong commercial, financial and analytical acumen.
  • Understanding of eCommerce and omnichannel fundamentals, including digital shelf, online pricing, availability, search and conversion.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and actions.
