📐 About the role
You will join a highly motivated, rapidly growing, and hard-working Go-to-Market Enablement team that takes pride in developing our GTM team's skills. Our primary objective is to improve productivity, helping teams accelerate sales cycles and deliver more value for our customers.
As the sales enablement director, you will be responsible for crafting and defining our ongoing sales enablement strategy — equipping our Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives with the methodology, skills, and content they need to win. This role will work closely with Sales leadership to identify capability gaps, drive sales methodology adoption, and elevate deal execution across the pipeline. The ideal candidate is strategic, has outstanding project management skills, loves solving sophisticated problems, and is not afraid to launch, test, and iterate in an ever-evolving environment. This is currently an individual contributor role and you will report to the VP, GTM Enablement.
🦸🏻♀️ What you’ll do
Own the global sales enablement strategy for our AE and SDR teams, aligning every program to revenue goals, pipeline coverage, and win-rate improvement — you'll connect the dots between what sellers need and what the business needs to hit its number.
Define and operationalize our sales methodology, shaping how our teams qualify, pursue, and close opportunities — you'll design and deliver ongoing skills training in discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing that builds measurable selling capability across the field.
Drive new hire selling readiness from day one, owning our onboarding curriculum and certification end-to-end — you'll get AEs and SDRs productive faster, cutting ramp time and setting the tone for how they sell from their very first week.
Build an everboarding engine that keeps sellers sharp, measuring selling proficiency across the field and spotting gaps where additional enablement is needed — you'll leverage real-deal insights and call recordings to turn every win and loss into a learning opportunity, tracking program effectiveness and pushing for continuous improvement.
Own the sales content strategy and library, making sure sellers can find and use the right assets at the right moment — you'll leverage WRITER itself to build AI-native workflows that make sellers faster, sharper, and more efficient.
Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, GTM leadership, and RevOps to ensure field-ready messaging, solution-level use-case enablement, and tight feedback loops between the field and the teams that support them — you'll be the connective tissue that keeps everyone aligned and moving in the same direction.
⭐️ What you need
7+ years experience in enablement, sales leadership, or a relevant role; experience in a customer-facing sales role preferred, but not required.
Proven track record of architecting and executing successful sales enablement programs that deliver measurable impact to organizational growth — win rate, ramp time, quota attainment, and pipeline velocity.
Experience at high-growth startups is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics.
Exceptional ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
Proficient in building & leveraging AI solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a track record of engaging live and asynchronous enablement delivery.
Strong program management skills — implementing, leading, and measuring enablement initiatives end-to-end.
Creation and delivery of engaging enablement content, including innovative ways to help teams absorb and apply content.
🍩 Benefits & perks (US Full-time employees)
Generous PTO, plus company holidays
Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family
Paid parental leave for all parents (16 weeks)
Fertility and family planning support
Early-detection cancer testing through Galleri
Flexible spending account and dependent FSA options
Health savings account for eligible plans with company contribution
Annual work-life stipends for:
Wellness stipend for gym, massage/chiropractor, personal training, etc.
Learning and development stipend
Company-wide off-sites and team off-sites
Competitive compensation, company stock options and 401k
