  • Develop and oversee an internal communications strategy, partnering with leadership and HR on town halls, announcements, and employee engagement.

  • Build and maintain proactive issues-management and crisis-communications capabilities, including scenario plans and escalation processes.

  • Build the communications infrastructure, agencies, budgets, and KPIs needed to support Immunic as it grows toward a potential commercial-stage organization.

  • 10+ years of progressive communications experience, with significant experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences.

  • Demonstrated experience leading corporate communications for a biotechnology or pharmaceutical organization, business unit, or major therapeutic area.

  • Strong experience communicating clinical data, scientific developments, and regulatory milestones to external audiences, with established media relationships.

  • Experience supporting major corporate or product milestones, including late-stage data readouts, regulatory submissions, or product launches.

  • Exceptional writing and executive-presence skills, with proven ability to advise and build credibility with senior leaders.
