About this job

Who We Are

Serval is the AI-native enterprise service management platform that automates the work legacy IT service management tools only track. Our AI agents build the automations that power employee support, then resolve requests against them instantly—helping teams across IT, HR, finance, legal, and beyond automate work within one governed platform.

Companies including Fox, Live Nation, Notion, Ramp, and Lucid Motors run on Serval. Headquartered in San Francisco, we’ve raised $277 million from investors including Sequoia Capital, Redpoint Ventures, First Round, General Catalyst, and Elad Gil, most recently a $150 million Series C at a $3 billion valuation.

We’re building a team that moves quickly, takes ownership, and wants to make a meaningful impact on how the world’s largest organizations work. Come help us build what’s next for enterprise service management.

Role Overview

As Serval’s first Emerging Talent Recruiter, you’ll build and scale our emerging talent program from the ground up—creating a durable pipeline of early-in-career talent that fuels our mission to reinvent enterprise automation with AI. You’ll design and execute a university and early talent strategy that connects Serval to top students, student groups, and campus communities, translating our ambitious vision into opportunities for the next generation of builders. This is a high-impact, builder role for someone who thrives on ownership, velocity, and turning relationships into long-term talent engines.

What You’ll Do

  • Stand up and scale Serval’s emerging talent program across internships and new grad hiring.

  • Build strong partnerships with universities, career centers, and student organizations to create a steady pipeline of high-caliber early-career talent.

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for interns and new grads, delivering a fast, high-quality candidate experience.

  • Partner with leaders to forecast needs and align hiring with company priorities.

  • Establish clear processes, tools, and metrics to track performance and continuously improve outcomes.

What You’ll Need

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in university or early career recruiting in a high-growth environment.

  • Proven experience building or scaling internship or university grad programs with measurable results.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with universities and external partners.

  • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple hiring cycles, and use data to drive decisions.

  • Clear, compelling communicator who can represent Serval’s AI-driven mission to early-career talent.

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting technical talent (engineering, product, data).

  • Background at an early-stage or venture-backed startup.

  • Experience running campus events, hackathons, or technical programs.

What We Offer

  • Impact: Be a key player in shaping the success of our product and company.

  • Growth: Build a fundamentally new AI product offering with the support of our experienced team and investors. Grow rapidly with the company.

  • Culture: Join a culture that values innovation, ownership, accountability, and fun.
