  • Provide scientific oversight for evidence generation studies from concept through execution, interpretation, and communication to ensure quality, compliance, and impact.
  • Drive alignment and decision making across teams, governance forums, and external partners to enable timely and efficient evidence delivery.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and governance by integrating evidence priorities into key plans, submissions, recommendations, and lifecycle decisions.
  • Engage external stakeholders and communicate evidence through scientific exchange, advisory activities, scientific forums, and other external settings as appropriate.

  • Bachelor’s degree with substantial relevant experience in a scientific, medical, or quantitative discipline.
  • Experience supporting evidence strategy development and execution for products, assets, or indications.
  • Working knowledge of evidence generation across the product lifecycle and its role in supporting stakeholder decisions across geographies.
  • Knowledge of study design, including randomized, observational, real-world evidence, and other fit-for-purpose evidence generation methods.
  • Strong project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and stakeholders.
