- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Support and grow the field services, engineer and project teams through process improvement and quality assurance for customer contracts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure compliance and execution
- Manage general conditions including inventory, materials, environmental controls, and field coordination.
Your Experience & Capabilities

- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in branch operations, construction management, electrical services, industrial services, maintenance operations, or related industries
- Proven success managing overall branch performance, including operational execution, financial results, customer satisfaction, safety, and workforce development
- Demonstrated experience establishing, growing, or leading a new branch, business unit, or market presence from startup phase through sustainable growth
- Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives
