- Lead and contribute to HR projects and process improvements as needed.
What You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- HR generalist or HR business partner experience supporting leaders and employees in a complex organization.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic HR partnership with detailed, hands-on execution.
- Experience supporting multiple HR disciplines such as talent, compensation, employee relations, organizational changes, staffing, workforce planning, or mobility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently research unfamiliar HR issues and identify practical solutions.
- Experience working across HR specialty teams and coordinating issues that span multiple HR processes.
- Strong judgment and ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive employee matters.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze workforce data and communicate clear insights and recommendations.
- Experience with Workday or another enterprise human capital management system.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
