Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Matter.

This is more than a procurement role. You will be embedded in the business; partnering with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams to turn strategy into execution on the ground. Leveraging IL6S and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, you will drive continuous improvement across procurement operations while helping plants deliver against their performance targets. If you thrive at the intersection of operational excellence and stakeholder collaboration, this is where you make your mar

How You Will Contribute

  • Lead problem solving for supply and service issues, applying Lean Six Sigma and IL6S principles to drive root-cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
  • Coordinate BCP (Business Continuity Planning) projects, bridging communication gaps between bakeries and project teams to keep initiatives on track.
  • Contribute to production continuity and site performance by aligning procurement activities to manufacturing priorities and supporting improvements in Case Fill Rate (CFR), Attainment, and Global Efficiency (GE).
  • Drive the local implementation of regional and global projects and initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery of service commitments, productivity targets, and cash mobilisation initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and commercial stakeholders to align procurement activities with broader business objectives.
  • Single point of contact for interactions between business units or spend areas, business unit stakeholders, and specific project teams.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in:

  • Proven procurement operations experience, with a track record of delivering results across spend areas.
  • IL6S practitioner and/or Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), with demonstrated application of continuous improvement in procurement or operations.
  • GMP and quality standards knowledge, ideally gained through experience on the manufacturing or quality side, enabling credible partnership with plant teams.
  • Manufacturing operations KPI literacy; understanding of CFR, Attainment, and GE, and how procurement decisions directly impact plant performance (preferred).
  • BCP and project coordination skills, with a proven ability to bridge operational and project teams under tight timelines.
  • Vendor relationship management and contract negotiation skills, with a strategic sourcing mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, acting proactively and managing competing priorities across functions and geographies.
  • Problem-solving orientation, ensuring timely resolution of supply, service, and compliance challenges.
  • First-class customer service orientation, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly, work under pressure, and deal well with ambiguity.

More about this role

What you need to know about this position:

This role is the operational backbone of procurement at the site and regional level. You are embedded within the business and should be comfortable in a bakery walk-through, a supplier negotiation, and a cross-functional project review. You will own the end-to-end procurement operations process, act as the primary liaison between global/regional procurement strategies and local execution and play a hands-on role in business continuity (BCP) projects. Beyond procurement, you will support manufacturing sites in improving key operational KPIs including Case Fill Rate (CFR), Attainment, and Global Efficiency (GE); by ensuring procurement activities are aligned to production priorities and supply reliability. Success here is measured by on-time delivery of sourcing activities, seamless project execution, and tangible cost and service improvements driven through Lean and IL6S methodologies.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

  • A hands-on approach to problem solving; you don't wait for escalation, you own the issue and drive resolution.
  • Resilience and composure under pressure, especially during supply disruptions, BCP activations, or tight timelines.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, you see every process as an opportunity to eliminate waste and add value.
  • Confidence working across functions (manufacturing, quality, supply chain, commercial) and across levels (plant floor to senior leadership).
  • An understanding of manufacturing operations KPIs and how procurement decisions directly impact plant performance.
  • Curiosity about emerging practices in procurement, including digital tools and data-driven decision-making.

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (required). MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred).
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred).
  • IL6S Practitioner certification or equivalent continuous improvement credentials (preferred).
  • CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent procurement professional certification (preferred but not required).

Job specific requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations, ideally within FMCG/CPG manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of GMP standards and manufacturing/quality environments.
  • Experience supporting or leading BCP initiatives, bridging plant operations and project teams.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing operations KPIs; Case Fill Rate (CFR), Attainment, and Global Efficiency (GE) with the ability to support site improvement efforts in a procurement capacity (preferred).
  • Proficiency in SAP (MM/Procurement modules) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong vendor management, contract negotiation and strategic sourcing capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across functions, geographies, and time zones.

Travel requirements:

  • Up to 10% of travel, primarily to manufacturing sites, supplier locations, and regional procurement meetings.

Work schedule:

  • Full-time, On-Site.
