    • Oversee the operational aspects of ongoing projects, including engagement planning, budget development, progress monitoring, and quality control of deliverables
    • Provide excellent client service and develop and nurture client relationships, serving as a liaison between clients and project teams, understanding their business needs, and delivering responsive and high-quality service
    • Identify key industry developments and trends and articulate the potential impact on clients
    • Mentor team members by coaching colleagues, providing regular ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews, and helping project teams resolve multi-faceted issues
    • Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards
    • Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes

What We Mean by “Risk Athlete”:

    • Experience in IT general controls and SOX, IT audit, SOC readiness, cybersecurity, third party technology risk, or technology transformation work, and the ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and frameworks as needed
    • Openness to new tools such as AI and automation, and use of firm-approved tools where they add value
    • Composure when deadlines tighten or technical findings become complex, with the ability to make sound decisions
    • A commitment to coaching team members and providing honest feedback
    • Ownership of technology risk engagements and client relationships

What You'll Bring:

    • 5+ years of professional services experience in a client-facing role at an accounting firm, consulting firm, or commensurate experience
    • Strong technical and analytical skills across IT audit, IT controls, cybersecurity, SOC readiness, enterprise risk management (ERM), cloud, and/or emerging technologies

    • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and helping project teams resolve multi-faceted issues
    • Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
    • Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards
