Purpose and Impact:
Are you ready to apply your organizational leadership to shape the Cyber, Security, & Intel landscape? Amentum is seeking a PMO Operations & Staffing Coordinator to join our team of mission-driven professionals at Fort Meade, MD. In this role, you will lead challenging, high-visibility projects that directly impact the Nation’s defense and intelligence missions.
Supporting DISA, Amentum’s Intel and Cyber Division is expanding a proven team of highly skilled engineers and architects to design, deploy, and sustain an innovative IT enterprise solution. Serving as the central operational hub for the program, this hybrid role manages the critical intersection of project execution, agile cadence, and personnel staffing pipelines. By coordinating day-to-day project milestones (such as daily standups and monthly In-Progress Reviews) and managing the end-to-end recruitment, clearance, and onboarding lifecycle, you will ensure the program remains fully staffed and operationally aligned with government objectives.
Our team delivers secure, mission-critical capabilities where system integrity and rapid deployment are paramount. We are seeking a PMO Operations Coordinator who combines meticulous organizational discipline with strategic foresight. In this role, you will lead efforts to establish and maintain highly efficient operational and staffing pipelines in a rapidly evolving operational environment. Success requires the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional dependencies independently while fostering collaborative solutions across integrated engineering and recruiting teams. - Plan, schedule, and orchestrate critical program syncs involving the PMO, Federal Government Leads, and internal Section Leads to maintain program alignment.
- Attend and actively participate in daily Scrum sessions and sprint planning to monitor project progression, capture cross-functional action items, and maintain real-time program awareness.
- Lead the logistical planning, document control, and content preparation for monthly In-Progress Reviews (IPRs), ensuring flawless delivery and technical presentation to government stakeholders.

- Collaborate closely with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to ensure all pre-employment packages, nondisclosure agreements, and contract-required paperwork are 100% compliant.
- Manage and audit the technical onboarding pipeline, ensuring new team members are rapidly provisioned with necessary tool access (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow) and integrated into their respective Agile Sprints upon Entry on Duty (EOD).
