About this job
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Brand Concierge, Adobe's groundbreaking conversational AI platform. Brand Concierge lets businesses engage customers through an AI concierge that actually knows their brand. Brand Concierge is grounded in each business's content, data, and standards, so every answer builds trust instead of eroding it.
Our mission is to help brands drive deeper engagement, strengthen customer loyalty, and increase conversion through AI-powered personalization. We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to help lead the Brand Concierge's Runtime product— owning how our AI agents understand, represent, and scale brand voice across every customer conversation. You should be passionate about how AI is reshaping the way businesses represent their brand.
What You'll Own
Lead product vision, strategy, and execution for Brand Concierge Runtime, the Runtime layer of Adobe Brand Concierge.
Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, balancing technical feasibility, design excellence, and business impact.
Bring a strong point of view on where the industry is heading and set the direction for the Brand Concierge product accordingly.
Engage directly with customers and partners to gather feedback and insights that help shape and refine the product vision.
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Solution Engineering, and Product Leadership to execute on the product vision and drive prioritization decisions.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and identify areas for differentiation and growth.
What we are looking for
8+ years of product management experience building Enterprise grade products, ideally within conversational AI, digital experience, or customer engagement domains.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and present recommendations across engineering, sales, design, go-to-market, and senior leadership.
Proven ability to identify transformative product opportunities and own large product areas, setting long-term strategy and driving execution across multiple teams and organizations.
Deep familiarity with platform fundamentals such as MCPs, LLMs, APIs, authentication, extensibility, and enterprise requirements around reliability, scalability, and governance.
Deep analytical rigor and comfort operating in ambiguity, using experimentation, customer insights, and product metrics to create clarity and drive momentum across the organization.
