Evaluate candidates using portfolios and projects as well as resumes, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Build and improve recruiting operations, tooling, and automated workflows.
Support onboarding and contribute to performance reviews, leveling, and feedback systems.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of experience owning full-cycle recruiting for technical and go-to-market roles.
Experience at an early-stage startup and a background in consulting.
Strong candidate evaluation skills, including the ability to assess non-traditional profiles and technical work.
Experience building recruiting operations and automating workflows.
Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Ashby, Juicebox, or Clay, and using AI or lightweight coding to automate work.
Strong organization, independent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines.
