  • Own the product stage-gate process, ensuring disciplined progression from concept through commercialization
  • Lead strategic reviews with leadership teams to assess portfolio balance, resource allocation, and competitive positioning

Operating Model & Execution Excellence

  • Design and evolve the end-to-end product operations operating model, defining clear roles, workflows, and accountability structures across ideation, planning, development, launch, and lifecycle management
  • Build and maintain the operating cadence for product reviews, milestone decisions, and cross-functional alignment forums
  • Drive operational rigor in product planning cycles, ensuring accurate forecasting, resource planning, and dependency management
  • Establish governance frameworks for product decision-making, defining clear decision rights and escalation paths
  • Implement tools and systems that enable visibility, velocity, and data-driven decision-making across the product lifecycle
  • Continuously optimize processes to reduce cycle time, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve execution quality

Cross-Functional Alignment & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the strategic orchestrator across Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market execution
  • Facilitate prioritization discussions and trade-off decisions across competing stakeholder needs
  • Build strong partnerships with Corporate functions to align MIPS product operations with enterprise standards and best practices
  • Drive consensus on resource allocation, timeline commitments, and investment priorities
  • Ensure consistent communication and transparency across all levels of the organization

Metrics, Insights & Business Enablement

  • Define and own the Product Operations scorecard, tracking key performance indicators for portfolio health, development velocity, time-to-market, and commercial outcomes
  • Deliver regular insights and analytics to leadership on product performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics
  • Identify growth opportunities, risks, and operating gaps through data-driven analysis
  • Enable strategic decision-making through scenario modeling, business case development, and investment analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement culture through metrics-based learning and process iteration

Growth & Capability Building

  • Identify opportunities to scale product operations capabilities in support of revenue growth and market expansion
  • Build operational leverage through standardization, automation, and best-practice sharing
  • Develop and mentor product operations talent, building bench strength and functional excellence
  • Champion innovation in product operations practices, bringing external insights and leading-edge methodologies to MIPS

Other Responsibilities:
