About Paxos
Today’s financial infrastructure is archaic, expensive, inefficient and risky — supporting a system that leaves out more people than it lets in. So we’re rebuilding it.
We’re on a mission to open the world’s financial system to everyone by enabling the instant movement of any asset, any time, in a trustworthy way. For over a decade, we’ve built blockchain infrastructure that tokenizes, custodies, trades and settles assets for the world's leading financial institutions, like PayPal, Venmo, Mastercard, Interactive Brokers and Charles Schwab.
About the team
The Money Movement team at Paxos owns the layer that moves assets in, out, and across our platform: the payment rails, fiat on/off ramps, and stablecoin conversion flows that connect Paxos to the global banking and payments system. We work with the world's largest financial institutions and banking partners, alongside Compliance and Legal, to build fast, reliable, and compliant infrastructure that lets the largest enterprises and move billions of dollars in and out of digital assets.
About the role
Join us in tokenizing the world's assets and democratizing access to financial infrastructure. As the Senior Product Manager for Money Movement, you'll own the layer that moves assets in, out, and across Paxos—the payment rails, on/off ramps, and the logic that ties them together. Fiat on/off ramp and seamless stablecoin conversion will always be critical pieces of our blockchain infrastructure, and you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution end to end.
What you’ll do
Own the Rails End to End: Hold full ownership of money movement—strategy, roadmap, and delivery—for the infrastructure that connects Paxos to the global banking and payments system.
Scale the Movement of Money: Own the systems that route billions in fiat across banking partners and payment networks, directly shaping how quickly and reliably millions of people move value in and out of digital assets.
Build Intelligent Orchestration: Design the routing, failover, and coordination logic across banking partners, on/off ramps, payment rails, to maximize speed, reliability, and cost efficiency at scale.
Empower Global Institutions: Work directly with the world's largest financial institutions and banking partners to build the rails and APIs they need to offer cutting-edge digital asset services to their customers.
Shape Regulatory Standards: Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to set industry standards for regulated fiat movement, influencing how the entire ecosystem evolves.
About You
8-10 years of Product Management experience with a passion for transformative technology
Domain Depth: Direct experience with fiat rails, payments, banking partnerships, on/off ramps, stablecoin swaps/conversion, or transaction orchestration is a plus
Visionary Mindset: You see beyond current limitations and get excited about rebuilding fundamental infrastructure
Technical Fluency: Comfortable with APIs, payment and banking integrations, and the complex systems that power global financial networks
Ownership & Autonomy: You operate independently, structure ambiguous problems quickly, and drive initiatives to results without top-down guidance
Data-Driven: You use analytics to drive decisions and optimize products that operate at massive scale
Mission Alignment: Passionate about financial inclusion and democratizing access to financial services
Bonus Points:
Experience with stablecoins, tokenization, or digital asset infrastructure
Background in fintech or financial services transformation
Understanding of global regulatory frameworks for fiat movement and digital assets
