The Sr. BSA, Oracle Fusion (Order to Cash) is responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing Oracle Fusion Order to Cash (O2C) processes across the organization. This position serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant solutions that support critical commercial and financial operations.

This position reports to the Vice President, IT Transformation and is part of the Information Technology team located in Irvine, CA and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

·         Serves as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Order to Cash processes, including:

o   Order Management

o   Pricing

o   Inventory and Shipping

o   Accounts Receivable

o   Credit Management

o   Collections

• Partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current-state processes, and design future-state solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and user experience.
• Translates business requirements into functional specifications and supports technical solution design and delivery.
• Configures Oracle Fusion applications in alignment with business requirements and system best practices.
• Supports end-to-end testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
• Supports data conversion, cutover planning, deployment readiness, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Troubleshoots system, integration, configuration, and transactional issues across O2C processes.

The essential requirements of the job include:

·         5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Oracle applications as a Business Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Consultant.

·         3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Order to Cash modules.

·         Experience supporting at least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.

·         Strong understanding of the Order to Cash lifecycle, including:

·         Quote to Order

·         Order to Ship

·         Invoice to Cash

·         Revenue recognition impacts

·         Experience gathering business requirements, documenting process flows, and developing functional specifications.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications in Order Management, Financials, or related modules.
• Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with CRM, WMS, legacy ERP, or other enterprise platforms.
• Experience in SOX-controlled, FDA-regulated, medical device, or other highly regulated environments.

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $170,000/year. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. 

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

Bonus / Incentive Pay 

10% of annual base salary  

This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay.  This is the target earnings as % of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions.
