  • Translate strategic priorities into executable initiatives with clear owners, milestones, deliverables, and performance measures; establish Daily Management and recurring reviews to track progress, identify gaps, document decisions and actions, manage risks and dependencies, escalate issues, and ensure follow-through on countermeasures.
  • Support strategic portfolio management and prioritization by consolidating product roadmaps, market priorities, investment needs, portfolio risks, and organic and inorganic growth opportunities; inform investment, resource-allocation, and product lifecycle decisions through market, customer, competitor, and technology analysis.
  • Maintain strategy and portfolio dashboards, decision frameworks, initiative trackers, and standard work; lead defined analytical workstreams; assess adjacent markets, new business models, strategic partnerships, licensing opportunities, and potential acquisition targets; and apply Danaher Business System tools to strengthen strategy execution, portfolio governance, and decision-making.
