About this job
About Polymarket
Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform. We enable individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized “house,” Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future.
We're growing fast — both in terms of volume ($21B traded in 2025) and adoption as an alternative news source. Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire.
About The Role
Trust & Safety protects the platform, keeps our users safe and builds trust with the people we depend on for our growth. This role straddles between program management of Polymarket US, a CFTC-regulated exchange, and on the Polymarket DeFi platform. Every product Polymarket ships reaches traders in a regulated market, so each launch, each user protection and each response to an incident has to hold up with users, regulators and the public.
As the function's first Program Manager, reporting to the Global Head of Trust & Safety, you will own those programs end to end: launch readiness for new products, markets and jurisdictions; the controls and evidence behind Polymarket's regulatory commitments; user protections such as self-exclusion, deposit limits and behavioral monitoring; and incident response. You will set how each program runs, partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal and Compliance, and report to leadership what each program delivers.
What You'll Do
Own launch readiness for new products, markets and jurisdictions on the exchange and on DeFi: tier every launch, run the go or no-go, and secure written sign-off from Legal, Compliance and Trust & Safety before each major launch
Turn regulatory obligations and commitments into controls, procedures and evidence, and keep the record ready for any regulator inquiry or exam
Bring risk review and user protection requirements into each launch from the first spec, including what the launch can and cannot claim publicly
Launch and monitor user protections such as self-exclusion, deposit limits, behavioral monitoring and trusted-contact tools, and drive them from scoping to adoption
Run DeFi restriction programs, including self-certification and close-only, from flag to enforcement
Lead the program side of Trust & Safety incidents, and build and drill the crisis playbook with Compliance, Customer Experience, Legal and Communications
Take partners and vendors from pilot to contract, with a success measure agreed before each pilot starts
Own the metrics and the cadence: quarterly goals, the weekly Trust & Safety update and business reviews
Build and run Trust & Safety's intake process for partner teams
What We're Looking For
6+ years in program or technical program management, including 3+ in trust and safety, risk, integrity, responsible gaming, fraud or compliance at a regulated platform
You have run a launch risk-review process that product teams used, and can name launches it stopped or changed
You have led or run the program side of a live incident with user harm or regulatory exposure
You have prepared evidence for a regulator, auditor or exam, and turned a regulatory obligation into a control or procedure
You have built a program at a company that had none
You have taken a vendor or partner from pilot to contract
You pull and reconcile your own data (SQL or equivalent)
You write short, dated decision documents with an owner on every line
You are comfortable as the only program person in the function (Plus) CFTC, NFA or exchange experience (Plus) Responsible gaming programs or player protection (Plus) Crypto, DeFi or onchain compliance
Benefits
Competitive salary & equity

Full Health, Vision, & Dental coverage
