This is a highly operational leadership role for someone who knows how to translate an elevated service vision into repeatable, scalable execution across markets.
This role reports to the Senior Vice President, Strategy & Operations and will be a key member of the leadership team. The VP will define and scale a luxury experience across multiple markets and venues, delivering excellence at every touchpoint from staffing to in-suite catering, branding and decor, and event run-of-show.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Translate the company’s service vision into scalable operating standards, processes, procedures, and playbooks that drive consistent execution across events and markets
- Recruit, train, schedule, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Suite Hosts who deliver exceptional member service
- Develop event staffing strategies and determine appropriate staffing levels based on the size, format, and service requirements of each venue and event
- Oversee all member-facing elements of the event experience, including arrival, seating layouts, branding, decor, food and beverage, hospitality, and the overall run-of-show
- Establish policies, procedures, and escalation protocols for anticipating and resolving event-related issues quickly and professionally
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, venues, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the member experience
- Develop mechanisms for capturing member feedback and post-event insights, using findings to continuously improve future experiences
- Own the P&L for event experience, balancing exceptional service and hospitality with disciplined financial and operational management
- Identify opportunities to innovate and elevate the event experience as the business scales, while maintaining consistent standards across events and markets
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 10+ years of extensive experience leading complex, multi-location hospitality, event, or guest-service operations, with a track record of delivering consistent execution across multiple markets
- Proven experience building and managing hourly or frontline teams, including recruiting, training, scheduling, performance management, and team development
- Strong operational leadership skills, with the ability to translate service standards into repeatable processes, training programs, playbooks, and measurable operating practices
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and financial acumen, including labor planning, budgeting, cost management, and balancing service excellence with financial discipline
- Experience managing high-touch guest or member experiences where attention to detail, responsiveness, and consistent execution are critical
- Ability to oversee multiple events, venues, and teams simultaneously while maintaining quality, compliance, and service standards in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across markets and be hands-on during events, particularly as the operation and team scale
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
- Experience delivering high-touch guest experiences within luxury hotels, private clubs, premium hospitality, or other membership-based environments
- Experience opening, launching, or scaling hospitality operations across multiple locations or markets
- Background working with premium live events, sports, entertainment, or venue-based hospitality
- Experience working in startup environments or new business incubation teams where operating models, processes, and teams are being built from the ground ups
