- Partner with print and mail operations to connect document creation with production scheduling, routing, fulfillment, and reconciliation.
- Define capabilities for consolidation, suppression, householding, inserts, envelope selection, and mailing requirements.
- Establish visibility into communication status, exceptions, reprints, fulfillment completion, and supporting evidence.
- Support secure handling of recipient information, document integrity, traceability, and audit requirements.
- Ensure platform changes are validated against production requirements before deployment.
Client self-service and connected communications
- Develop intuitive tools for clients to configure templates, manage content, preview documents, review proofs, approve changes, and monitor fulfillment.
- Coordinate experiences across the print platform, InFocus, the Universal Client Portal, and connected Broadridge solutions.
- Support coordinated print and digital journeys, including recipient preferences, paper requests, digital-failure fallback, and print-on-demand requirements.
- Partner with design and implementation teams to simplify onboarding and reduce manual configuration and service dependencies.
- Incorporate client feedback, usability research, and operational insights into roadmap decisions.
Investment, performance, and leadership
- Develop business cases for modernization, automation, capacity, quality improvements, and new print communication services.
- Prioritize investments based on business value, regulatory need, client commitments, operational risk, and delivery feasibility.
- Establish measures for platform adoption, processing performance, document quality, implementation time, automation, exceptions, and cost efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional governance across product, technology, operations, design, compliance, and client delivery.
- Build and develop the platform product-management team and provide transparent reporting on progress, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in product management, communications technology, document composition, print platforms, or related enterprise services.
- Demonstrated leadership of complex, high-volume platforms supporting regulated or transaction-sensitive communications.
- Experience developing platform strategies, roadmaps, investment cases, and modernization plans.
- Knowledge of content management, composition, personalization, document generation, print production, mailing, and fulfillment workflows.
- Understanding of data integration, APIs, security, resiliency, quality controls, and operational reporting.
- Experience connecting print and digital communications through shared content, preferences, business rules, and coordinated experiences.
- Ability to balance client flexibility with regulatory controls, production requirements, and enterprise standards.
- Proven ability to influence product, technology, architecture, operations, design, and business leaders.
