What this does not tell you
- What anyone is paid. A range is an advertisement. Where an offer lands inside it is not something job postings show.
- The whole job market. Every posting in the pay statistics has a floor of $100K or more, so the sample is selected upward by design. Postings below $100K, and jobs with no posted pay, are not in them.
- Hiring. A posting removed from a board may have been filled, paused, moved or cancelled. We only see that it was removed.
- Employers we do not read. Companies that do not publish pay, or whose boards we do not monitor, are absent.
- Long trends. Pay statistics are tracked since Oct 24, 2026 and posting flow since Oct 6, 2026. Every trend shows its start date.
