- Drive application governance, change management, and prioritization across competing business needs while balancing speed, risk, and long-term scalability.
- Ensure ERP solutions support strong controllership, compliance, auditability, and operational excellence across global finance processes.
- Identify process inefficiencies and system gaps, and lead efforts to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve user experience.
- Work closely with technical teams to influence architecture, integration design, data flows, and system extensibility while ensuring business needs are clearly represented.
- Support large-scale finance transformation programs, including ERP modernization, process standardization, and migration from legacy tools or workflows.
- Lead stakeholder communication across senior leaders, business owners, and partner teams, providing clear updates, risks, decisions, and trade-offs.
- Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of ownership, high standards, continuous learning, and customer obsession.
